Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If your order is cancelled during this period, you will receive a full refund.
Please note: We cannot cancel orders once the product has already been shipped.

Returns

Customers have the right to request a return within 30 days after receiving the product.

• To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at support@eunoiav.com to obtain the return address.
• Ensure the product is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

1. Send you an email confirming receipt of the returned product.
2. Notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

1. Double-check your bank account—refunds may take a few business days to appear.
2. If the refund still does not show up after verification, contact us immediately at support@eunoiav.com.
